This market will resolve to "Yes" if The SEC approves any Ethereum Staking ETF applications, or amendments to existing ETH ETFs to allow staking, before October 1st, 2025 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." Official public statements from the SEC are sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes" (as long as the approval is legitimate), even if the ETFs will not be tradeable or the amendments do not take effect before October 1st.
