This market will resolve to "Yes" if Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) reaches an official intraday high of $380 or higher on any trading day in August 2025, during regular trading hours (9:30 AM–4:00 PM ET), as reported by NASDAQ. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." Key Definition: Intraday High – The highest trading price during regular hours (9:30 AM–4:00 PM ET), as reported on NASDAQ's official TSLA page. Edge Cases & Clarifications: Trading Halts or Delisting: If TSLA trading is halted or delisted for all of August 2025, the market resolves to "No." If trading is halted for part of the month, only prices on active trading days count. Data Issues: "Unavailable" means the data is missing, inaccessible, or clearly erroneous. If no valid official data is available by September 2, 2025, the market resolves to "No." Resolution Source: This market will resolve using the intraday high price from NASDAQ's official TSLA page (https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/tsla) during regular trading hours.
