This market will resolve to "Yes" if China officially announces, through recognized governmental statements or credible reports, that it has lifted or significantly amended the current export controls or bans on rare earth elements on the U.S., before September 1st, 2025 - 00:00 PST. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." The announcement must come from official channels (e.g., Ministry of Commerce or relevant Chinese government bodies) or be detailed by reputable news sources.
