This market will resolve to "Yes" if the total USD balance displayed on the Lighter protocol's official Arkham Intelligence Entity Page (Primary Source) reaches or exceeds $500,000,000 USD at any time on or before December 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." Definitions & Clarifications Arkham Entity Page TVL: The "Total" balance figure displayed on the designated Arkham Intelligence Entity Page for the Lighter protocol. This figure represents the aggregated USD value of all assets across all addresses tagged as belonging to the Lighter entity by Arkham. Protocol Shutdown: If the protocol becomes inactive or shuts down before year-end, the market resolves to "No," unless the $500M TVL was verifiably reached on the primary source prior to the shutdown. Data Unavailability: If TVL data is unavailable from both the primary and secondary sources by the final resolution date of January 7, 2026, the market resolves to "No." Resolution Timing Resolution may be delayed until January 7, 2026, if needed to confirm the final peak TVL from the designated sources
