Rules

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, at any single verifiable snapshot during the calendar year 2025 (January 1, 2025, 00:00 UTC – December 31, 2025, 23:59 UTC), Pudgy Penguins ($PENGU, contract: 2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv) achieves a higher rank than Pepe ($PEPE, contract: 0x6982508145454ce325ddbe47a25d4ec3d2311933) on CoinMarketCap.

If this never occurs, the market will resolve to “No.”

Key Clarifications

Delisting: If $PENGU is delisted during 2025, the market still resolves based on any valid snapshot before delisting; if no snapshot exists, resolves to “No.”

Token migrations/swaps:

If an official migration occurs and CoinMarketCap consolidates rankings under the new contract, that ranking will be valid.

Snapshots: Only CoinMarketCap’s official ranking pages, historical snapshots, or verifiable archives (e.g., Wayback Machine) are accepted. Screenshots and unofficial reproductions are invalid.

Data unavailability: If CoinMarketCap is entirely inaccessible by January 2, 2026, and no verifiable archives exist, resolves to “No.”

Resolution Deadline

All decisions will be finalized no later than January 2, 2026, to allow for archived data verification.
